Freelancer
Freelancer is a term commonly used for a person who is self-employed. It is not necessarily committed to a employer long-term. Freelancer are sometimes represented by a company or temporary agency that resells freelancer worker to client, other worker independently or use professional associations or website to get work. Fields, professions and industries where freelancing is predominant include the field of music, writing, computer programming, web designing, translating, illustrating, graphic design, animation and other form of piece work which some cultural theorist consider as central to the cognitive-cultural economy.

They do E-Business. And free-lancer web sites are those which provides the work to the freelancers of every type. It provides the platform to those who are specialized to their specific field where E-Business held there. As same happened to one of the Pakistani freelancer Muhammad Haris who managed to earn one million US Dollar from a single Word Press theme. The theme "Avada" is up for sale at the Theme forest website, which is one of the best website for buying websites templates.

A few days ago Odesk disclosed the statistics that Pakistan has more than 50 percent share in the freelancers community and the Pakistani freelancer community is progressing by leap and bounds. On websites payment for freelance work also depends on industry, skills and experience. Freelancers may charge by the day, hour, a piece rate, or on a per-project basis. Instead of flat rate or fees, some freelancer websites have adopted a value-based pricing method based on the perceived value of the result to the clients. By custom, payment arrangements may be upfront, percentage upfront or upon completion. For more complex projects, a contract may set a payment schedule based on milestones or outcomes.

Freelancers have a variety of reasons for freelancing, the perceived benefits differ by gender, industry and life style. For instance, 2012 Freelance industry Reported that men and women freelance for different reasons. Female survey respondents indicated that they prefer the scheduling freedom and flexibility that freelancing offers, while male survey respondents indicated they free lance to follow or pursue personal passions. Freelancing also enables people to obtain higher levels of employment in isolated communities. Freelancing is also taking up by workers who have been laid-off, who cannot find full-time employment, or for those industries such as journalism which are relying increasing on contingent labor rather than full-time staff.

Freelancers also consist of students trying to make ends meet during the semesters. In interviews and on blog about freelancing, freelancers list choice and flexibility as a benefit.
There are many websites which gives work to freelancers like up work, get a coder, simply hired and other.
The most successful freelancer are those who are surrounded by a strong networks.

Hassan Arain
Hassan Arain is eminent public speaker as well as a best teacher. He is playing an accountable role for society. He was born in Hyderabad on 10 June 1940. He got his early education from his hometown and did Bachelors in psychology and later on  M.Sc in sociology from University of Sindh. After that  he started public speaking.

Ques: Tell me about Hassan Arain as a student?
Ans: As a student I was brilliant but naughty as well so because of that I was the center of the attention of all the teachers.

Ques: As you belongs to lower middle class and your family was very far enough from education, Tell me about that thing which attracts you towards education?

Ans: You are right that may family was not educated but as all parents want that their child to become and live successful life so they admitted me to government school and in that school there was a teacher taught me everything and leads my attention towards education. and other thing was that I've faces many problems because of poverty so that's the reason behind it.

Ques: How you gain the attention of your audience?
Ans: Audiences show up for information, but they stay for the stories. Told well, stories can be the key to a compelling presentation that excites, energizes, and truly engages the people sitting in front of you. As my friends and mentors have told me: “Others may not think what we think, but through a shared story, they can feel what we feel.”
So, consider sharing a story of struggle or triumph or your personal path—ideally at the start of your speech. I was not afraid to reveal information about yourself and demonstrate your vulnerabilities—this will capture people in a way that fact and information-sharing alone never will.

Ques: You played an active role in all fields of life what is the reason behind this?
Ans: Nothing but the will to assure that the people of my surrounding  should live a prosper live and also plays an important part in the society.

Ques: Did you ever hesitate ever while in public speaking?
Ans: Yeah when I've newly started public speaking.

Ques: Can you tell the tip for the newly public speakers to overcome to their hesitation and to build their confidence level?
Ans:Your nerves do not show. What you’re feeling is primarily internal, and others can’t sense your fear if you don’t let on. Also, your audience is rooting for you—they want a great presentation, so they want you to succeed. Finally, and most importantly, you are in control of your nerves. If you have practiced your speech again and again, as any great speaker must, the confidence will flow naturally. In addition, mental visualization exercises, such as envisioning applause as you near the end of your speech, and physical exercises such as deep breathing and stretching, can also relieve stress so that you can deliver a powerful, engaging presentation uninhibited.

Ques: What a person can do to become an effective speaker?
Ans: To be an effective speaker, you must first understand who you are as a speaker—and as a person. What are your strongest interpersonal qualities? How do you best connect with others? What qualities do you need to work on? The most effective speaker are constantly working to capitalize on their strengths—whether that’s great storytelling or a talent for getting the audience to participate—and also to improve upon your weaknesses. Tapping into your most powerful interpersonal qualities is an excellent way to make yourself accessible, engaging, and unique.

Ques: How can a public speaker can become generous?
Ans:The best communicators understand the value in sharing information openly, honestly, and generously. The more you give, the more an audience can connect with you and the more they will take away. To do this effectively, you will have to truly understand your audience: Who are they? How do they learn? Would they respond better to a high-energy motivational speech, for example, or one that is more subtle? The better you know your audience, the more likely you will deliver the information in a way that is meaningful to them. And then show a true commitment to your audience by revealing everything and holding nothing back.

Profile
Yumna Zelda

Most of  the  people take someone as a role model or take inspiration from someone but Yumna Zelda is out of this track. She belongs to the interior region of rural sindh.  She always says believe in yourself and nothing is impossible in the world, the word its self says I'm possible. She is the one who belongs to the family of doctors and engineers but instead to become a doctor or engineer she took admission in CEAD( Center of Arts and Design Mehran University Jamshoro)  to become an artist.
According to her cousin she is stubborn but kind hearted, she do what she thinks instead of following someone. After the passage of second year in university she took major in sculpture but teachers does not like her step to take major in sculpture and criticizes her at this step but she doesn't left her path.
She is fond of reading books and listening songs but she have a great craze of sculpture. She has a connection from art from her childhood. And she realizes and thinks that everything in the art of the God.
Art is the born of observation and investigation of nature sometimes she uses this epigram.

Her imagination of nature is artistic . While in the field of sculpture she faces many interruptions of the people around her that sculpturing is forbidden in the religion and you will go to hell and you are not from us, you are discarded out of the boundary of Islam.

Sculpturing is a real challenge to her while facing these kind of interruption she faces many difficulties and problem but she is stubborn, she never quit. According to some people that nature is a complete way of life but art is how you live your life.

She is like a queen, A queen is not afraid to fail. Failure is another steppingstone to greatness and success sayings of her according to her mother.
The job of an artist is to offer beauty to an ugly world.
